[edit]Not sure why the article was split or renamed to 2023–24 AFC Cup in early December, but now there are two articles. I think that if there is evidence from the AFC Calendars that this competition spans mutliple years it should be the 2023–24 going forward, otherwise keep it in the same yearly article naming format as before. - Support per new dates. Although why we have articles on this almost 2 years before they are occurring is beyond me... Mad WP:SPECULATION. Joseph2302 (talk) 09:40, 25 February 2022 (UTC)
- Support as above. GiantSnowman 10:19, 25 February 2022 (UTC)
- Delete both articles entirely, under WP:TOOSOON, WP:CRYSTAL I think there is an argument if the calendar format was staying the same, that the article should exist now - e.g. 13 months out and some teams would already have qualified, but if the whole competition is moving back 6 months to realign, then it is WP:SPECULATION that all the other elements in the article are still the same or still valid. There is currently no evidence. Matilda Maniac (talk) 23:16, 25 February 2022 (UTC)
- @Matilda Maniac: it is better to send to AfD if the consensus is deletion. Hhkohh (talk) 09:53, 26 February 2022 (UTC)
