Teams Qualified
[edit]Rumored have stated that this 2014 AFF Suzuki Cup would lets all the ASEAN teams to participated. I dont whether is true or false but i dont think all ASEAN teams will participated on this tournament. It will still use the format of the qualification. The qualification round will have group of 5 ( Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and East Timor). The top six teams are Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore (host), Thailand, and Vietnam (co-host).

Not Sure If Australia would play on 2014 AFF Suzuki Cup. There is one article which i read that mention that Australia will not join the AFF Suzuki Cup competition. Wester. Inc (talk) 08:05, 27 August 2013 (EST)
Australia
[edit]Wording on Australia - there appears to be a are they in or not in at this moment. But it is clear that they are members of the AFF, so in that respect they are in and should be included in the page article. Until there is firm confirmation that they aren't in, they should be treated the same as any other member. If Australia don't play in 2014 AFF Championship, then the ASEAN Football Federation should really release a press statement announcing their none participation.
As for now, they should be included in the list just like any other member association but do they require any note? I don't think they do as all should be treated the same. It should though, be written into the article that Australia joined the AFF in such and such a date and are eligible for inclusion unless otherwise stated. Team of the Tournament
[edit]An edit has been made which includes a 'Team of the Tournament' with a reference. Since that reference is basically a journalists opinion of what said team could look like, would you therefore agree with me that it should be taken off? IanCleverly (talk) 19:40, 24 December 2014 (UTC)
