It's a shame that such an important storm took so long to get a proper article, but the good news is that our oversight allowed you to write such an excellent article! The content seems coherent and clear, and forms an informative and easy-to-follow narrative. I've made a few minor edits for syntax and presentation, and there shouldn't be anything objectionable in my changes, but feel free to take a look and make sure I didn't change anything important. A spot-check of a few sources reveals accurate paraphrasing and good documentation. It would be nice to have page numbers on the super-long PDFs for ease of verification, but that would probably be more crucial in an FAC. Overall, I have no major complains – passing the article.
