[edit]This article says that Ismael was the sixth-deadliest Pacific storm, yet the template for deadly Pacific storms puts Ismael at fifth. Which is it? - Cuivienen 00:02, 18 December 2005 (UTC)
- It's put that way because I don't know what the missing storm in the top 5 is. That hurricane must have killed at least 105 people. Miss Madeline | Talk to Madeline 00:14, 6 January 2006 (UTC)
Ive Added some info on TD 1 And Hurricane Adolph based on the Nhc Reports Jason Rees 20:59, 21 October 2006 (UTC)
- Be sure to be careful with your spelling and grammar. There were over 8 spelling errors in those little sections. The Adolph section has no punctuation. It should be two separate sentence, and the first sentence should start with a capital error. The Tropical Cyclone Wikiproject is trying to make a high-quality encyclopedia for tropical cyclones, and poor errors such as "depresion" (which should be depression), "hurricanne" (which should be hurricane), dissapted (which should be dissipated), and other such mistakes tarnish our reputation as a leading source for tropical cyclone information. Please be more conscious and more careful of your spelling and grammar errors. Hurricanehink (talk) 21:10, 21 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit]What else has to be done before B class, GA nom, or even a potential FAC run? If possible, could someone copyedit the article? Hurricanehink (talk) 04:14, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
- An ACE chart? RaNdOm26 10:06, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
- I'm not sure if it's B-class yet, but I'll leave it for now. I agree that a general copyedit to look for mistakes in grammar, spelling and sentence structure is needed first. – Chacor 10:12, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
- I just copyedited the few spelling errors, didn't copyedit anything else. Hello32020 12:38, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks for the copyediting. I was using a crappy computer at my school library, which tends to mix up letters and have other letters stick. I'll add an ACE chart in. Hurricanehink (talk) 18:07, 21 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit]Good job, here are a few bot generated suggestions to bring this article to FA-class.
- Per Wikipedia:Manual of Style (numbers), there should be a non-breaking space -
between a number and the unit of measurement. For example, instead of 2fT, use 2 fT, which when you are editing the page, should look like: 2 fT. - Per Wikipedia:Context and Wikipedia:Build the web, years with full dates should be linked; for example, link January 15, 2006.
- Please reorder/rename the last few sections to follow guidelines at Wikipedia:Guide to layout.
- Please ensure that the article has gone through a thorough copyediting so that it exemplifies some of Wikipedia's best work. See also User:Tony1/How to satisfy Criterion 1a.
Hope this helps. Tarret 23:21, 9 December 2006 (UTC)

Fails WP:NWX since the impact was very minimal and could be considered routine. Noah, AATalk 14:12, 30 January 2024 (UTC)
- Support, benefits the season article since the section is so short, and the season article is on the short side. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 18:48, 5 February 2024 (UTC)
