wind classifications
[edit]Hello everyone, im just wondering why all of the typhoons are in categories and they have sshws on their classifications. sshws is used for the north atlantic/pacific ocean hurricanes. can someone fix this? Derpdadoodle (talk) 17:56, 27 August 2018 (UTC)
- Because we generally compare systems that have intensities in 1 min sustained to SSHWS on a less formal basis. This article isn't alone in this regard. YE Pacific Hurricane 19:02, 28 August 2018 (UTC)
