Article class

I am sorry, but I have to downgrade this article to a stub for WPTC. It simply doesn't have enough material yet. Mainly, the article needs an infobox, some kind of timeframe for when the storm occurred in 1826 (a month), and just more content in general. It does look really good thus far.
