Ireland–Italy relations are foreign relations between the Republic of Ireland and Italy. Both countries established diplomatic relations in 1922. Ireland has an embassy in Rome and a consulate-general in Milan. Italy has an embassy in Dublin.

Both countries are full members of Council of Europe and of the European Union.
