Oxley Holdings Limited, commonly referred to as Oxley, is an international property group incorporated in 2010 with its headquarters located in Singapore.[1]. The company, along with its subsidiaries, specializes in the development of high-quality residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality projects.[2]
Established in 2010, Oxley Holdings Limited has its headquarters situated in Singapore. It is listed on the Main Board of the SGX-ST (SGX: 5UX). Mr. Ching Chiat Kwong (“Mr. Ching”) is the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Oxley Holdings Limited.[3][4]
Oxley Holdings Limited has developed projects across twelve geographical markets, including Singapore[5][6], the United Kingdom (UK), Ireland, Cambodia, Malaysia[7][8], the People’s Republic of China (PRC), Myanmar[9], Australia[10]
In April 2019, Oxley Holdings announced the sale of Chevron House, a prime office building in Raffles Place, Singapore, for up to S$1.025 billion[11]. Acquired in December 2017 for S$660 million, the sale to Golden Compass (BVI) includes Oxley's wholly owned subsidiary, Oxley Beryl, which owns Chevron House[12]. The property comprises 27 levels of office space and a five-storey retail podium. Oxley plans to increase the building's net lettable floor area (NLA) by 43% to about 374,165 sq ft. The sale price of S$1.025 billion translates to approximately S$2,739.43 psf on the increased NLA.[13]
Oxley's portfolio spans integrated developments, shopping malls, hotels, offices, and homes. Some of its notable project includes Shangrila hotel (Cambodia)[14], Dublin Landings, Royal Wharf, Oxley Towers Kuala Lumpur City Centre[15], Novotel and Mecure[16] (Singapore) and Oxley Bizhub.
