If you need help with referencing, please see Referencing for beginners and Citing sources. This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies.

If you need help with referencing, please see Referencing for beginners and Citing sources. This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). - Comment: Very poorly referenced and promotional. Also, no evidence of notability. DoubleGrazing (talk) 13:29, 31 July 2024 (UTC)
- Comment: Please see WP:GNG and WP:NACTOR. Additional references from independent and reliable sources are needed to demonstrate notability. Hitro talk 09:03, 17 July 2024 (UTC)
Marco Nica (Rome, 6 May 1973) is an Italian theater and cinema actor, director, writer and poet.
Biography
[edit]Born in Rome and raised on the Lazio coast, his passion for art showed early on during his school years when he presented a thesis on the history of theater for his high school graduation. In 1991, he founded the theater company "Il Canovaccio", in 1998 the theater company "Atto II", and in 2005 the cultural association "Fare Teatro", staging numerous productions as an actor and directing some himself. In addition to his own scripts, he presented works by authors such as Eduardo De Filippo, Peppino De Filippo, Dario Fo, Samy Fayad, Carlo Goldoni, and Aldo De Benedetti. The show "Varietà per varie età", which traces fifty years of Italian comedy, won the Best Show Award at the "Trastestorie" Contemporary Drama Competition at the Teatro Trastevere in Rome in 2014. The original musical "C'era una volta Rugantino", a sequel to the famous Rugantino by Garinei and Giovannini, was made into a film in 2008, included in the ANICA catalog,[1] broadcast on the Romauno satellite TV, and presented on Rai Tre in 2009 during the television show "Cominciamo bene - Prima" hosted by Pino Strabioli. In 2007, he also developed a passion for writing, publishing novels, thrillers, and poetry collections in Italian, English, Spanish and the Romanesco dialect. Over the years, these works have received about many on a national and international level.
