Headquartered in Huntington Beach, California, InsureOne is part of Confie, one of the largest privately-owned insurance brokers in the United States. History
[edit]In 2008, Confie, the largest insurance distributor acquired Affirmative Insurance Holdings. The assets under the retail agency included four brand names A-Affordable, Driver's Choice, InsureOne and USAgencies.[3]
This acquisition was part of Confie's strategy to consolidate its standard personal and commercial insurance businesses under the InsureOne brand. Confie also manages other insurance brands such as Freeway Insurance, Bluefire Insurance, and Acceptance Insurance.[4]
