Hotel101 Global Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-registered[1] subsidiary of DoubleDragon Corporation, a Philippine-based investment holding company. The parent company’s portfolio includes office buildings in Metro Manila, the CityMall community mall chain, CentralHub industrial warehouse complexes, and a pipeline of over 8,000 hotel rooms, many of which are part of the Hotel101 brand.[2][3] Hotel101 is noted as the first Filipino hotel chain to expand internationally.[4]

Hannah Yulo-Lucinni is the appointed CEO of Hotel101 Global, with Catherine Chan leading the global expansion projects as CDO (Chief Development Officer).

The company's Singapore headquarters opened in Q4 2023[5] in CapitaLand's PLUS Building, at the center of Raffles Place.[6][7]

Guest Room: The Happy Room

Hotel101 Global's properties have only one type of room, dubbed the "Happy Room". All guest rooms are 21 square meters in size, with a queen bed and single bed using Emma Sleep mattresses. All rooms include a 55-inch smart TV, a work desk, a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave, and an ensuite bathroom.[8][9]
