List of deaths as a result of Cyclone Tracy

[edit]

It seems you closed this as a keep (withdrawn), which is valid to do since you were the nominator, but I was about to try to vote delete, so I'm wondering if you wouldn't be willing to revert that close. I think this should be deleted, and it was open for such a short time and had only been in the DS sorting for lists even less, that I think more participation would be valuable. Thanks, 35.139.154.158 (talk) 14:22, 6 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Eh, ok. Tavantius (talk) 14:27, 6 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for understanding. 35.139.154.158 (talk) 14:42, 6 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

"Battle of Biar Bet (1965)" is clearly not a BLP. What was the point of this decline? C F A 💬 15:23, 6 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I use that choice as despite stating that it's a BLP, the actual content is more useful than the standard decline. Tavantius (talk) 15:26, 6 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
There is no "minimum standard for inline citations" unless the statement is likely to be challenged, is a direct quote, or pertains to living people. The page linked is WP:MINREF which explains this. C F A 💬 15:32, 6 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Oh. Thanks for the info! Tavantius (talk) 16:55, 6 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the edits to that draft, but because of the high number of storms affecting Mexico, I'm only including actual hurricane landfalls in the article, much like List of United States hurricanes. All TS's and TD's can be included in individual sub-articles, like how we have List of Baja California Peninsula hurricanes. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 17:19, 8 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
