Career
[edit]David Bolno has held a prominent role in the music management industry and serves as a partner at NKSFB (Nigro, Karlin, Segal, Feldstein & Bolno), a leading business management firm serving high-profile clients in the entertainment industry. His responsibilities include overseeing financial and business affairs for musicians, producers, and public figures, along with managing tax planning, investments, and budgeting for tours. Bolno has also been associated with HYBE, the entertainment company known for managing global artists like BTS, as well as Scooter Braun's management firms, which represent major artists including Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, and Demi Lovato.[1][2][3] Bolno’s work across these influential companies highlights his extensive involvement in the business side of the entertainment industry.
Media Attention
[edit]In March 2023, Bolno received media attention related to the death of Camila Sterling, a 24-year-old aspiring musician, who was found deceased in a suite at the Setai Hotel in Miami Beach. Bolno had rented the suite and left the premises early on March 30, prior to Sterling's death. According to hotel surveillance footage, he was not present when she passed away. Following an investigation, authorities ruled Sterling’s death an accidental overdose and confirmed Bolno’s non-involvement in the incident.[4]
In statements to the media, Bolno described Sterling as an aspiring musician he was helping professionally. He characterized the incident as a "terrible tragedy" and stated that there was no inappropriate conduct involved.[5][6]
