Née Adam Chotem, Adam Fox is a Canadian-American actor originally from Vancouver.[1] He is the grandson of Canadian composer and pianist Neil Chotem[2]. He is most noted for his lead role as Bud in the Out TV original Canadian television series Sugar Highs [3], created by Thom Fitzgerald for which he was a Leo Awards winner for Best Lead Performance Male in a Dramatic Series at the 25th Leo Awards in 2023.[4] Season 2 of Sugar Highs debuted April 10th on Out TV and was promoted on Canadian Daytime Talk Show The Social (Canadian TV program),[5] during a Press Cycle in Toronto, Canada. [6] Fox identifies as queer, and uses he/they pronouns [7]
He has also appeared as a recurring guest star[8] in The Holiday Shift[9], Riverdale, the Tubi [10] original horror movie The Deep Web: Murdershow, and Bollywood film Best of Luck. Adam appeared in his first bilingual role in 2023 on Ici Radio-Canada Télé program Le Monde de Gabrielle Roy, which he discussed in a French radio interview with Radio Canada. [11]
