Zidasht (Persian: زيدشت)[a] is a village in Miyan Taleqan Rural District of the Central District of Taleqan County, Alborz province, Iran.

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 733 in 231 households, when it was in the former Taleqan District of Savojbolagh County, Tehran province.[4] In 2010, the county was separated from the province in the establishment of Alborz province.[5] The district was separated from the county in the establishment of Taleqan County, and the rural district was transferred to the new Central District.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 816 people in 295 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
