[edit]I copyedited Santa Catarina (state), but would appreciate it if someone else could take the time out to review. Specifically, I removed some of the content that IMHO is more relevant in pages addressing Brazil's economy/industry rather than in this state's page (diff). If there is consensus on this, I can check whether that information is already in those pages and add appropriately. If not, I can add back to this page after editing. Thanks! - JTF2020 (talk) 07:05, 26 May 2022 (UTC)
- @JTF2020: Regarding a content move: I didn't find the list of companies in any of the sources cited (the third of which seems to have moved). The parts about coal might be too detailed for economy of Brazil and might fit better in mining in Brazil or energy in Brazil § Coal.
- A formal practice of moving information from one article to another is described at WP:PARTMOVE. You can boldly add the information to another article, but it might be better to open a talk page discussion at the target article (particularly with economy of Brazil which is over 5,000 words). The target article's talk page is the place to get consensus about adding to that article. If the information is added, it is important to include in your edit summary a link back to Santa Catarina (state) for attribution. – Reidgreg (talk) 13:13, 26 May 2022 (UTC)
- Thanks much! I believe too that the content I excised might end up in different pages - will find the appropriate ones and ensure that none of it remains lost because of this copyedit. Thanks also for the Wikipedia:PARTMOVE pointer. - JTF2020 (talk) 13:45, 26 May 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Haven't noticed any being handed out. Has the script been run yet? —Tenryuu 🐲 ( 💬 • 📝 ) 04:59, 5 June 2022 (UTC)
- Unfortunately I can't run the script as I don't have a copy of it, and I don't run Windows, and I think Miniapolis is on wikibreak atm. Cheers, Baffle☿gab 06:37, 5 June 2022 (UTC)
