Updated the list

Hi all, excited to join the task force (i love lichen!)

I've gone through and updated this list as a lot of articles listed now have 2 (or more) references. I'm not totally sure I've formatted it the way it should be, but I couldn't really tell if there was a formal structure or not. If somebody sees I've messed it up or something let me know and I can adjust it to the way it's supposed to be (or if it's really unsalvageable go ahead and revert it, of course, but there are like, a lot that I've pulled out so it might save some time to just adjust it)

PS I haven't completely finished, but I will come back soon and complete the rest.

Hello fellow lichen fan; thanks for reminding me about this list! I've been expanding some of the articles on it but hadn't yet gotten around to updating this, so your work here is helpful. Just a warning, once this list of genera is all completed (i.e. has two citations or more), I will be replacing it with a much bigger list of single-citation species article!
