- I'm linking the response I left to this ludicrous notion at WT:INDIA. Apparently some busybodies have taken it upon themselves to descend like a bunch of locusts on the golden yellow fields of old FAs. That they are know-nothings about what they devour has never bothered locusts. Omniverous eaters they are. No matter that most people are stressed, depressed, sick, on vacation from Wikipedia, our brilliant FAR warriors seem to be on amphetamines.
- I have never been to South India, let alone to Karnataka, I don't know the Kannada language spoken there, but still, out of curiosity, I have written some articles about its history (Political history of Mysore and Coorg (1565–1760)), its epigraphists (A. N. Narasimhia, G. S. Gai), its old inscriptions (Kappe Arabhatta, Halmidi Inscription)... I would never in a hundred years have the gumption to post such an ignorant and arrogant notice. Utterly shameful. Utterly, utterly, utterly. Fowler&fowler«Talk» 04:47, 1 December 2020 (UTC)
- Please tone down the personal attacks, you were extremely uncivil to me in both of your comments. The article fails several of the FA criteria, specifically 1. c)

. I initiated this discussion on an Indian topic, just as I would on any other topic that fails the criteria. No matter that most people are stressed, depressed, sick, on vacation from Wikipedia, our brilliant FAR warriors seem to be on amphetamines.
- This article had a detailed talk page thread commmenting upon the lack of references since April, so the snark is unjustified. RetiredDuke (talk) 11:47, 1 December 2020 (UTC)- Dear editors, Karnataka should be Delisted from WP:FA as soon as possible. My reasons to Delist it from FA are mentioned in Wikipedia:Featured_article_review/Karnataka/archive1
