Christine Young is a New Zealand politician, representing ACT New Zealand as a Member of Parliament since the 2023 New Zealand general election.
Early life
[edit]Young was born in Balclutha, and worked as a chartered accountant overseas. She now runs a martial arts centre in Tauranga. Her campaign concerns were better public transport for Tauranga, the need for young offenders to dealt with by Corrections rather than Oranga Tamariki, and the removal of healthy home standards for rental properties.[1][2]
