[edit]01:01:12, 24 September 2014 review of submission by Wizardtower

This really seems that it conforms to the intent of WikiPedia, ie people want to know what BMS and Blacklist Mastering System is, as it is commonly seen in the wild. Hundreds of ISP's and Telco's use this technology, and it is referenced on many of their websites.
As well, you would think that the US Patent Office office is enough of a 3rd party reference, but a simple 'google' would show lots more 3rd party references.

- @Wizardtower: Declined It is incumbent upon you, the editor, to provide enough reliable sources to make a claim of notability. We here at Wikipedia are not in the business of Googling to find sources for you. Also, please be careful of tone and the use of weasel words. Wikipedia seeks to be neutral in how it describes anything. Chris Troutman (talk) 02:28, 24 September 2014 (UTC)

I have created a draft and submitted about one or two months ago,
and the waiting list is not changing, my submitted draft is still on the list of 2700+.
how long does it take and why does the number not decreasing?
is there any other way to do it faster?
61.74.95.210 (talk) 05:29, 24 September 2014 (UTC)
- This submission is still awaiting review, it has been waiting for over a month but less than two months. If I understand things correctly, the number of submissions still waiting is written to the draft page when certain edits are made to it (including submitting it); otherwise, it will not change.
- The current statistics for number of drafts waiting can be found on the page Wikipedia:Articles for creation, which as I write this says:
- "There are 2,755 pending submissions in Category:Pending AfC submissions. Of these:
- 560 pending submissions in Category:AfC submissions by age/Very old have been waiting more than 1 month for reviewer attention." (and so on). Arthur goes shopping (talk) 06:48, 24 September 2014 (UTC)
- The draft was created by User:Pmccoltd. Please log in when oyu use Wikipedia. That user name is against policy, however, and instructions have been left on the user's talk page for dealing with this.
- Declined with reasons shown on the draft
- All editors who review are volunteers, We review articles where we feel we have the competence to make a valid review. Our role as reviewers is to seek to ensure that an article will not immediately be subject to one of our deletion processes when it is accepted. That is why we push it back to the author. We want to accept articles. Please make it possible to accept this one. If the org passes WP:CORP it will be accepted when the work is done. Submitting for review does nto fix work in stone. 07:10:38, 24 September 2014 review of submission by Teetparts
[edit]- @Teetparts: Declined Wikipedia is not for advertisment. Using sentences like
"Anyone building a modern, responsive website for personal use or for businesses can easily create websites with Voog."
is blatantly promotional. Your draft also lacks both reliable sources and any claim to notability. Chris Troutman (talk) 16:21, 24 September 2014 (UTC)
Hi there. :)
I'm requesting help with this page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Advance_Financial
As instructed in the comment by the reviewer(s), I have removed any references that may have not met the reference or citation criteria. I am also looking for assistance in the terms of what else to include on this page. I have tried to write it in a way that is non-biased, or promotional.

- The "TN payday lender grows at breakneck speed amid industry criticism" source is a very good one. If you can add one or two further sources like that one, you may have success when resubmitting the draft for its next review. I would also suggest putting such strong sources near the top of your list of references, and things like financial profiles, top places to work, and association membership near the bottom.
- You could also consider using inline citations, which are explained at Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners, but this is not compulsory. Arthur goes shopping (talk) 07:05, 25 September 2014 (UTC)
