Delete. Per nom. Only one "member" of the 2020 navbox (Hartnett) has an article. None of the others are notable under WP:NGAELIC. And so will always remain red links. And so the navbox serves no material purpose (Per WP:CREATEFIRST, the purpose of "purely navigational features of Wikipedia, like navigation templates [..] is to help readers navigate the already existing Wikipedia resources relevant to the topic"; A navbox made up almost entirely of redlinks (and which will effectively always be made up of redlinks) is not a valid navbox...) There you go, it's again used, Gonnym. It wasn't ever removed from the instructions that the link "will open a page pre-formatted for the discussion of the status of the article" (i.e., that there will be a preload), the preload was just left out while merging it into the main template.
