1. False information. This directly impacts the business financially and socially. The business is protected under Federal law and other local laws may apply. Repeated continuous acts of this nature against a radio station will be considered Terrorism and reported to the FCC, FBI and Secret Service. All pages are recorded and all information obtained will be held as evidence.
