The neutrality of the article has been questioned as well as the reliance of some sources in Spanish (OPI Santa Cruz, Informador Público, Taringa, Urgente24, Seprin, etc.)
The article seems to infringe BLP's policies because many of the facts described there, despite sourced, are media rumours that are not confirmed yet. According to BLP's policies, this kind of information may be harmful for the living person and should be handled it with care.
