[edit]Image of Mary Cutts
[edit]Can anyone find a painting or picture of Mary Cutts? She was certainly socially prominent enough to have something, somewhere. Eddie891 Talk Work 16:51, 23 August 2021 (UTC)
- She was Dolley Madison's niece, and later biographer, if that helps. Her father was Richard Cutts and there's an image of him in our article. Her mother was Anna Payne Cutts, Dolley's sister, and HER image is here. Those would have been Mary's parents. That same link also has Dolly with a photograph of a different niece, Anna Payne Causten, who was the daughter of her brother. Anna Causten and Mary Cutts would have been first cousins. I can't find anything myself, but perhaps knowing some of the family relations will help dig something up. --Jayron32 17:35, 23 August 2021 (UTC)
