[edit]The link above opens to a description of what Shriner's Hospitals are and in the last line of the second paragraph is this:The current[when?] advertising campaign for the healthcare system features the tagline, "Love to the Rescue."
The 'when?' is answered by the word 'now' (not seen but obviously stated) and since the writer used 'current', it means that more will follow _and they tell you the campaign's name, 'Love to the Rescue'.
My question is why is the 'when?' even there (?) since the sentence answers not only 'when' but 'what' (the advertising campaign) as well as the name of it 'Love to the Rescue'.
I'm trying not to be difficult but, I don't see the insert 'when?' as necessary, unless Wikipedia has rules about questioning the obvious with 'citation needed' or some other similar insert in an article _and, since people will use a link to the Shriner's own website for more information, they will see the current campaign if they are interested.
It seems a bit pedantic to me for the question 'when?' to be there at all.
Thank you for your time,

- This is what article talk pages are for. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆 𝄐𝄇 22:04, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
- Michael, the trouble is that statement might have been added to the article months or years ago, and we have no guarantee that the writer will remember to come back and change it when the campaign changes. Bear in mind that articles are generally written by interested outsiders, not by the PR representatives of their subjects. See WP:As of for how we prefer to do this sort of thing. - By searching the article's history, I found that the statement was added by User:Clone5690, on 4 March 2015, vis Shriners_Hospitals_for_Children?diff=prev&oldid=649897528. The user's only contributions are to this article, on that day. LongHairedFop (talk) 21:35, 9 August 2016 (UTC)
- The most recent of the 4 diffs from that Clone user is this. And of possibly greater concern is the time frame is whether it's correct, as it's unsourced. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots→ 21:55, 9 August 2016 (UTC)
