[edit]User rights on my own MediaWiki?
[edit]If I were to install the MediaWiki software on some website of my own instead of using Wikipedia, would there still be need for the process of granting administrator rights to users or could I set it up so that all users automatically have rights to delete pages and do other administrator actions? - You can set it up like that. See mw:Manual:User rights#Changing group permissions and mw:Manual:$wgGroupPermissions. See Special:ListGroupRights for rights on a wiki. PrimeHunter (talk) 14:48, 2 May 2021 (UTC)
