Hello. This is an article Mick gold and I brought to GA in 2012, and have recently added to and polished. We hope to take this to FA, and would appreciate any and all feedback. Thank you. Moisejp (talk) 15:56, 22 July 2017 (UTC)

[edit]Seems quite well done. Just a few comments.
- "and reached the Top 40 in Canada, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom, as well as No. 41 in the United States." There's a slight mismatch here. I might say (for after the comma) "while peaking at No. 41 in the United States"
- "and has appeared on various other Dylan compilation albums. " I would cut either "various" or "other"
- "five former and current Rolling Stones appeared on a new recording of "Watching the River Flow" together as part of a tribute project for pianist Ian Stewart." I would cut "together" or else move it to after "appeared". Preferably cut it.
- "Al Kooper did uncredited production work to help Dylan to finish the album." I might cut "to"
- "their rapport was not strong enough to lead to recording an album together." I might say "their rapport was not strong enough to record an album together"
- "a tribute to deceased former Rolling Stones pianist Ian Stewart," I might cut the "former"--Wehwalt (talk) 21:54, 25 July 2017 (UTC)
Wehwalt, thank you so much for your suggestions! I have incorporated all of them. Moisejp (talk) 07:13, 26 July 2017 (UTC)

[edit]- Updated the infobox based on current template documentation (easier than listing here – please revert/change as you see fit). Since the song was released five months before the album, it is not "from the album Bob Dylan's Greatest Hits Vol. II", but later added to the compilation. —Ojorojo (talk) 16:15, 27 July 2017 (UTC)

[edit]- I would suggest adding ALT text to the infobox image.
- I am not sure about the placement of the image and sound sample in the "Writing and recording" section as I have some WP:SANDWICHING concerns.
- Please link critics in the lead to music criticism.
The article looks very strong to me. I just have relatively minor comments. Great work with this. Aoba47 (talk) 18:22, 2 August 2017 (UTC)
- Thank you, Aoba47—I've used all of your ideas. Let me know if any of my changes are not quite what you had in mind. Moisejp (talk) 02:56, 4 August 2017 (UTC)
