Edit-a-thon for Indigenous People's Day
- at WikiConference North America in the San Diego Central Library
- Join us for a training and editing session to improve coverage of notable Indigenous People throughout North America.
- As one of the web’s most visited reference sites, Wikipedia serves as a starting point for many to learn about these groups. Wikipedia is an openly editable resource, meaning that you can improve the quality and accuracy of Wikipedia entries. During this training, attendees will learn the basics of how to edit Wikipedia entries and be given time to practice their skills with experienced Wikipedians.
- Those who wish to participate on-site must register for Monday of the conference. Registration is free.
