Wikipedia:GLAM/Bodleian/Tudor Music Editathon
The Faculty of Music and IT Services at the University of Oxford are hosting a Wikipedia edit-a-thon on the theme of Tudor Music on the afternoon of Friday 5 February 2016.
Join the Tudor Partbooks project's mission to summarise existing biographies and other articles about Tudor music and thereby add, update or improve related Wikimedia articles. No experience is necessary as resources will be provided and training will be given by the Bodleian Library's Wikimedian-in-Residence, Martin Poulter.
- Date: 2-5pm, Friday 5 February 2016
- Venue: IT Services, University of Oxford (directions)
- Participants: All welcome! No Wiki editing experience is necessary, though experienced editors are very welcome; tutorials will be provided for Wikipedia newcomers.
- Can’t get to Oxford? Virtual participation is welcome.
