I started this portal, I got an Portal Peer Review for it, took the advice and fixed the portal, after, I got some users from the french wikipedia to help, 1 did and it is very good now. It is updated alot. I think that it is ready for being a featured portal. ~~EBE123~~ talkContribs 22:31, 26 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Don't you need more than two DYK hooks? I see one when the portal loads, and one in the archive. In contrast, P:MISH has 113 hooks in its archive, and that's dealing with just highways in Michigan, the intersection of a topic (highways) with a geographic region (Michigan) for a narrow topic. You have an entire country as your topic, so I would expect more hooks.
- The caption for the Cochabamba photo has ALLCAPS that should be changed according to the MOS.
- The size of the graphics (flag and globe) in the WikiProjects box is quite distracting. Can you reduce them in size, maybe even add some additional content to the box?
- Likewise, the images in the selected article box are unusually large. The Main Page, and most portals, limit to 100x100px, although I've seen as large as 150x150px in use. On my screen, the size you're using squishes the text in the box to a narrow section of the box.
- The images for the SAs should have captions added so that when a reader hovers his cursor over the photo, a caption appears as a tool tip.
- San Pedro prison doesn't have a "Read more" link to the article. According to WP:POG, "the first instance of the article title should link to the full article", which is not something you've chosen to do here, relying only on the "Read more" links.
- This is more of a personal preference, but I'd suggest that you merge paragraphs in the SA blurbs together when the second paragraph is only one or two sentences long.
I hope these comments help. Imzadi 1979 → 01:57, 29 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I'd be happy to review this, but as the nominator hasn't responded to the first set of comments left some time ago, despite continuously editing during that time, why should I bother? BencherliteTalk 08:42, 21 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
