Reason: It is a photo of the USMC War Memorial taken during the sunset "magic hour" with the Ceremonial Marchers and Silent Drill Platoon of Marine Barracks Washington not only lending solemnity and a link to the modern USMC, but also giving perspective to the immense size of the memorial.
