Reason: It's the highest resolution and sharpest and best contrast image available of the monument. It also shows the entirety of the monument and its details clearly. I think it adds significant encyclopaedic value because the aspects of the description in the article about the monument such as the dove at the top, the arch, the children holding up the main bust of Abdi İpekçi are clearly identifiable elements.
