Operator: Spebi
Automatic or Manually Assisted: Automatic, but supervised
Programming Language(s): AWB, bot not yet approved
Function Summary: SpebiBot will subst the list of templates below using AWB:
{{unsigned}} templates | Vandalism warning templates | Other | ||
|
|
|
Edit period(s) (e.g. Continuous, daily, one time run): 2 – 3 hours a day on weekends, around half an hour and a full hour on some weekdays.
Edit rate requested: 2 edits per minute
Already has a bot flag (Y/N): Yes
Function Details: SpebiBot will gather the list of pages that transclude the templates above, and will add "subst:" to the template syntax using AWB. Bascially, its tasks are exactly the same as SpebiBot's original BRFA (excluding the RFA tally thing), except using AWB instead of a bot script from Betacommand.
Discussion
[edit]Let me post a version of the script that I have ready, it doesnt have all the templates yet. but its at least a working copy. (the templates that I dont have yet may not be suitable for sust without some changes.) [1] Please note that {{tl|unsigned cannot be substed as it is currently. ∆ 04:27, 22 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Thanks again, I thought you had just forgotten! :) Sebi [talk] 04:31, 22 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Nope, just trying to get templates fixed so that they can be substed. (template code is worse than bot coding) ∆ 04:34, 22 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
