[edit]- Note: This request specifies the bot account as the operator. A bot may not operate itself; please update the "Operator" field to indicate the account of the human running this bot. AnomieBOT⚡ 09:36, 1 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
- @Rhumidian: Could you please fill in the Function details section above to state the changes this bot would make? Thanks! GoingBatty (talk) 16:46, 1 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment: This user has 1,173 edits, of which 675 are in article space. Reading through the requester's talk page, it appears that additional WP editing experience is needed before this editor is qualified to operate a bot. – Jonesey95 (talk) 03:56, 3 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
- Suggestion: The requester should read, or re-read, the first paragraph of Wikipedia:Bot policy#Requests for approval and follow the instructions therein. Perhaps the editor should read "considerations before creating a bot" as well, which will probably guide this request toward the Bot Requests page. – Jonesey95 (talk) 03:56, 3 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
- @Rhumidian: What GoingBatty (talk · contribs) said. :P Also, do you happen to have edits or bot-running experience on any other Wikimedia projects? --slakr\ talk / 05:18, 4 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
- Not on any of the Wikipedia projects. I think I might remove this Bot application and apply on wikidata, as that seems more appropriate for the task I would like to achieve.Rhumidian (talk) 07:53, 4 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I am inclining to reject this bot task request. -- Magioladitis (talk) 22:23, 11 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Denied. It is not clear how this is going to be done, no link to any relevant discussion was given, I am not convinced this will work well. Try doing some edits on this direction manually and come back when ready. -- Magioladitis (talk) 18:46, 12 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
