I think the main issue here is that the bot has an unclear scope. You give several examples of things the bot could do, but those are all very different task. I think the best way to proceed forward would be to create one BRFA per specific task so things could be better assessed. Going to @Primefac and Dušan Kreheľ: for further opinions here.
