Function Details: Per request, the bot will go through uses of {{afd-mergefrom}} (and redirects) and examine the redirect status of page specified in the first unnamed parameter. If the AFDed page is a redirect to the subject page of the talkpage containing {{afd-mergefrom}}, the template will be removed. If the AFDed page is a redirect to a different page, it will be reported to an appropriate page.
Discussion
[edit]The source is available here. The report page is currently set to User:AnomieBOT/Afd-mergefrom report, but this can be easily changed. The run period is currently set to 6 hours, but this can also be easily changed. I may also add handling of "if the AFDed page has been deleted", which will probably result in removing the template.
