I have gotten the message loud and clear. It is not my intention to modify any article based on my beliefs without having any credible, modern, up-to-date WP:source according to Wikipedias standards. The Edit based on Maimonides was a one-time mistake that will not be repeated.
I hope I haven't offended anyone personally; that was never my intention. It just so happens that this is a topic which bothers me strongly, and I am often confronted with it. If I should have, please take my sincere apologies.
Seeing that I have strong feelings which might compromise my impartiality, I subject myself to a self imposed ban and will refrain from editing articles on Orthodox Judaism for some time; I will focus instead on my beloved subject Switzerland.
