Hello, Znebthexplorer, and welcome to Wikipedia! I have noticed that you are fairly new! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. I also see that some of your recent edits, such as the ones to the page Naval, Biliran, show an interest in the use of images and/or photos on Wikipedia.

...Wikipedia has a very stringent image use policy?
...most images from Flickr, online news websites, and other web sources are copyrighted?
...Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously?
...freely-licensed images should be uploaded to Wikimedia Commons, a central location for images where they can be used on all Wikipedia projects?
...we recommend that new users use our "files for upload" process – at least until you get the hang of things?

yeah and i clearly input that ingot the picture from the ifficial fb page of Biliran Island. And I'm a local in Naval. The Picture that i replace is literally a photo of Down Town in Naval. And that original photo that has been input here in wikipedia is not a downtown area in Naval, not a downtown view of Naval. Do some real and legit search first. The FB page is not a freely-licensed source, and therefore the image will be deleted in a week. I can wait that long before reverting again. Sure, the original image may not be so great, but it is the best we have so far. If you don't like it, take a new and better image yourself but don't "steal" images from somewhere else.
