This is why I (usually) enjoy NPP. This is a very interesting article on a subject I knew absolutely nothing about. I hope you put it in for DYK.

TWL HighBeam check-in
Hello Wikipedia Library Users,
You are receiving this message because the Wikipedia Library has record of you receiving a one-year subscription to HighBeam. This is a brief update to remind you about that access:
- Make sure that you can still log in to your HighBeam account; if you are having trouble feel free to contact me for more information. When your access expires you can reapply at WP:HighBeam.
- Remember, if you find this source useful for your Wikipedia work, make sure to include citations with links on Wikipedia: links to partner resources are one of the few ways we can demonstrate usage and demand for accounts to our partners. The greater the linkage, the greater the likelihood a useful partnership will be renewed. For more information about citing this source, see Wikipedia:HighBeam/Citations
- Write unusual articles using this partner's sources? Did access to this source create new opportunities for you in the Wikipedia community? If you have a unique story to share about your contributions, let us know and we can set up an opportunity for you to write a blog post about your work with one of our partner's resources.
Finally, we would greatly appreciate if you filled out this short survey. The survey helps us not only better serve you with facilitating this particular partnership, but also helps us discover what other partnerships and services the Wikipedia Library can offer.
Thank you. Sent by MediaWiki message delivery (talk) at 16:46, 13 April 2015 (UTC)

Please help getting a map into Commons
Bom dia, Ruben. Please have a look at this request I left on another editor's page and see you can assist in moving this along. This map would really add great value to the project. Um abraço, Rui ''Gabriel'' Correia (talk) 12:48, 21 May 2015 (UTC)
- Hi Zeomeyer, not discouraged at all. If you think that you or someone else could easily recreate such a map, that would be great. If you click on any of the rivers in English or Portuguese you will see that most have no map so one can visually see it and where it starts and ends. With a mother map, we could then highlight each river individually per article. Whichever way, I would be happy. Regards, Rui ''Gabriel'' Correia (talk) 13:47, 21 May 2015 (UTC)

Re: Presidency RAA
Zeorymer, not all of the infobox parameters are meant to be used in every infobox - "last" is used to mark the last officeholder of an abolished political post, which we don't need here (post of the President of the Government of the Azores is still existing). As for "deputy", it was my mistake - Sergio Ávila is the current vice-president/deputy, and he should be listed. --Sundostund (talk) 23:31, 13 September 2015 (UTC)

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to National monuments of Portugal may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.
