Unclear that this person is notable per WP:GNG, WP:ANYBIO or WP:NACADEMIC. There are no inline citations linking to significant coverage about Zarkovic in reliable, independent, secondary sources; for a Wikipedia biography of a living person, all key assertions about the individual need to be supported by references. Also the tone is promotional, not neutral/factual - statements such as "the most significant and proliferate writers"... "most notable publication is undoubtedly Glossary of Insurance Terms" ... "one of the most outstanding and comprehensive insurance books and a unique work of its kind" need either removed or supported by independent reliable secondary sources.
