If your life and achievements are verifiable and genuinely notable, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later, but creating an article about yourself is strongly discouraged: we want biographies here, not autobiographies. I'm not Theroadislong, but my recommendation would simply be to forget about Wikipedia, as far as an article about yourself is concerned. I think you misunderstand what Wikipedia is meant to do. It is not a way to make a person (or company, or thing, or anything else) famous, or to let the world know about them. Wikipedia's purpose is to summarise what independent and secondary sources that meet these criteria have already said about the topic. Secondly, an article about a person is not "for" that person, and if there was an article about you in Wikipedia, you would not allowed to decide what the article should say.
