Speedy deletion nomination of Yaw Sarpong

I reverted your edit at that article because it damaged the formatting, and I can see by your edit summary that you misunderstood what you were changing.

In addition, I've reverted your edit at Athletics at the 2018 Commonwealth Games – Women's 4 × 100 metres relay, which removed the infobox, which is a necessary part of the page.
