I can see this is a very thorough outline. I like how the topic gets broken down to where the reader gets an idea of what the topic is (aka the background), of what the causes are and the effects that follow after, and the possible solutions of how to fix the problem we are causing to the fish in California. Since this is just an outline, much expansion on this topic is necessary, but the outline is a great start. I find this will be a very interesting topic to research about. Good job.
