Thanks for closing Robert Eric Wone
... and not just because you made what I believed was the "right" decision. Your closing comments showed clearly that you read through both the arguments and the article, which took no small effort. Thanks for doing that. Cheers, Jclemens ([[User talk:Jclemens|talk]]) 17:19, 6 January 2009 (UTC)
- No problem. Thanks for the note. :) Xymmax So let it be written So let it be done 14:55, 7 January 2009 (UTC)
Just a little personal note of appreciation
As an aside, I thought that was well said of you and very persuasive. I had been agonizing over it for far longer than I should have done. Thanks for helping me come to some satisfactory sense of my own mind, even though we didn't wind up fully on the same side of the divide. :) --Moonriddengirl (talk) 16:12, 8 January 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks for the note! Frankly, the idea of anyone listening to anything I say is rather frightening, but I'm glad it helped :) Xymmax So let it be written So let it be done 16:28, 8 January 2009 (UTC)

Greetings
Í´m Saloca from es:Wikipedia.
Recently you delete the Futaba Channel article attending a WP:AFD on it. Well there´s a problem i guess you would like to fix.
This channel was part of the Wikipe-tan history. If you can check the story around it, you can observe we had restore it on es:wiki here. Maybe you can say wich one it´s the problem. Well getting a look ok the WP:AFD proposal on this wiki you can observe the consultation was made by the user Descíclope here. The problem here it´s that this user made the same one on es:wiki arguing his deletion here and on pt:wiki. Also he pretend the same thing on ja:wiki but a sysop got it and revert his contributions on it.
We may be in the presence of a particular user purpose of ruining the site. It is illogical that seeks to erase it in all the Wikipedias, and most of their contributions are on this kind of purposes. We let you know because this site it´s part of the tradition on the Otaku culture and we thought maybe you can be interested on restore it. Any more info you need feel free to ask.
Sincerely

- Hi there. I'm aware of Futaba Channel's position in otaku culture, and after I deleted the article I learned of the user's actions on other wikipedias. However, we still have a problem about reliable sources - no one has been able to supply any. Still, I want to give this article every chance. I think that I will restore the article, then immediately send it to AFD for a new deletion discussion. I will notify the participants in the old discussion first, then probably restore and list it tomorrow. Take care, Xymmax So let it be written So let it be done 14:25, 12 January 2009 (UTC)

Thanks for tagging this article for PROD. I wasn't sure if the article qualified as nonsense, non-notable bio, attack page, or just plain WTF?!-ness. (Sometimes I think db-nonsense ought to have a companion criterion, db-whattheheckisthis.) --A More Perfect Onion (talk) 20:37, 12 January 2009 (UTC)
- No problem. Frankly, a lot of admins would speedy delete that article, I'm just a bit on the conservative side. The posts I've seen from you today look good. Take care. :) Xymmax So let it be written So let it be done 20:45, 12 January 2009 (UTC)

Hello
Hi Xymmax/Archives/2009/January
I´m so sorry to bother you once again but recently i found something weird on Richard Nixon 1973 presidential inauguration. As you can see they´re two interwiki´s to es:wiki. One with the artícle and another one to a template named "Plantilla:Ficha de evento histórico". Well the problem is than we don´t had that template and we can fixit from our site. So i was investigating and i found all the US presidential inagurations articles since 1789 to 2009 had the same problem. I let you know ´cuz might be something from en:wiki.
Any info you need please let me know and like always
Sincerely yours

- Hi Saloca. It appears that someone has fixed the problem. Any editor can remove the link from this end. You do not need a sysop. Take care, Xymmax So let it be written So let it be done 13:32, 23 January 2009 (UTC)
