Since that article's main title header has already been nominated for a move, we must follow the guideline as indicated within the tag at the top of the page: "It has been requested that the title of this article be changed to Billy Adams (politician). Please see the relevant discussion on the discussion page. Do not move the page until the discussion has reached consensus for the change and is closed."
