What is most easiest way to get insomnia ?
Ans.= there are several variety of possibilities to get affected by it..like if 1)you change your sleeping schedule very very frequently..you go to bed on 1st day at 8'o clock and continue that schedule throughout the week, but from next weak, you go to bed at 12'o clock and again after 5 days of that schedule, you go to bed on 10'o clock.this would cause sleep cycle disturbance that will led you to insomnia.
2) A daytime napping will also cause insomnia ..but one condition is there ,that you must take daytime nape occasionally..not regularly.
3) Working on night shift for several days while following daytime shift for nearly a 3 months will led to insomnia..
4)Also, not getting enough exercise will led to insomnia, as the metabolism process of your body will go to hibernate state; instead of relaxation state, which will create disturbance in sleep.
5) There are also several other ways to get insomnia, but I think they are not seen very frequently, so i am not going to write it.
