Hi thanks for your edit, I’m confused as to the dash between dates as I see a lot of people changing the one I put but they seem identical to me. Alexanderkowal (talk) 13:04, 17 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Alexanderkowal Hi, a minus symbol (-) is mainly used to join words together, (e.g. "far-right"). Whereas, an "en dash" (–), which is a little longer, is used to signify a range between numbers or dates (e.g. 2019–2020). So, in my edit, it was simply fixed to the correct symbol, the "en dash" (–). Alon Alush (talk) 15:59, 17 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Kvutzat Alon moved to draftspace

[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to Kvutzat Alon. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it has no sources and Author request. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Pickersgill-Cunliffe (talk) 17:34, 13 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Second opinion

[edit]

Hi, a while ago you mentioned that you liked my contribution to the page Far-right politics in Israel, but I noticed yesterday that somebody has removed most if it. I might restore some of it myself, but there's a few bits I am not sure on. e.g. Should the Likud payrty be on the list of current parties? They went extremely far right, or at least were accused of such, but they're still the centre right major party in relative terms? MWQs (talk) 09:57, 25 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

They removed a strange subset of what I added. One of the weirdest things is they seem to have removed is every mention of the 2023 judicial reforms, which - at least in English - were described as right wing extremist, but usually using much stronger language. But they left most of the Palestine related stuff, which I would have thought was more controversial. MWQs (talk) 10:40, 25 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, thanks for notifying me, I'll soon take a look. Alon Alush (talk) 14:45, 25 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Jewish Aethism

[edit]

Hi there I'm interested in knowing how can you be an Aethist Jew? Ultimate Tai (talk) 10:53, 28 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, basically, it means that Judaism is my religion in official documents, but I do not believe in God.
I'm ethnically Jewish, not religiously. I think it's called a non-practicing Jew. Hope that makes sense. Alon Alush (talk) 11:02, 28 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, you seem interesting....I'm an ethnic Arab specifically Sudanese Arab......what do you think of our relationships? And how is the current Israeli offensive affecting you? Ultimate Tai (talk) 11:07, 28 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I have always believed in peace and coexistence between all parties, maintaining neutrality in conflicts. I appreciate Arab culture, and hopefully, in the future, the countries will have a powerful long-lasting relationship. Alon Alush (talk) 11:10, 28 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
