Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. [edit]Hello, I'm Egeymi. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Fuad Hamza have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse. You could not delete the sourced info. If you have any source to falsify it then put it. However, deletion of information like you've done is not acceptable. Egeymi (talk) 12:10, 29 October 2021 (UTC)
Hi Egeymi, thanks for this. I tried to correct erroneous information on Fuad Hamza's page, but saw you reverted it back to how it was before. It was written that Fuad Hamza was from Palestine, and the proof presented for this was from a single source, a PhD that had it wrong. Fuad Hamza is a famous personality in Lebanon's history, and hails from the village of Aabay in Lebanon. There is also further below a reference that he was a Druze from Syria -- which is also wrong.
I presented this evidence, which thought was recent: https://today.lorientlejour.com/article/1262053/lebanon-saudi-arabia-the-story-of-a-family-rupture.html
You can also find in various respected resources that Fuad Hamza is a member of the Druze community in Lebanon: 1-https://books.google.ae/books?id=oCeA299j1rsC&pg=PA77&redir_esc=y#v=onepage&q=hamza&f=false Page 340 2-https://apps.dtic.mil/sti/pdfs/ADA111290.pdf Page 57
Unless I did something technically wrong as an editor in the way I tried to correct this?
Thank you WikialmaWikialma 17:05, 29 October 2021 (UTC)
