What is this?
[edit]You do realize that you have
- no administrative privileges
- no bot approval
- or any prior work in actual vandalism fighting?
What is the point of this if you not capable of anything that you state you can? –eggofreasontalk 18:09, 14 February 2019 (UTC)
This is new maximal security system from vandals and bad peoples on Wikipedia. - WikiFortress (talk) 18:13, 14 February 2019 (UTC)
Concerns regarding your recent edits
[edit]Hi WikiFortress! I hope you're doing well and that your experience on Wikipedia so far has been a pleasant one. I read the contents of your user page as well as this Wikipedia page that you created about yourself. I wanted to start off by commending your enthusiasm to the project and keeping it protected from vandalism, disruption, and other harm. If your desire and your plans are to patrol Wikipedia's recent changes feed and revert and fix vandalism and edits that blatantly disruptive, I think it's a great way to help on Wikipedia and you can start doing so whenever you wish. Just read the information on the Wikipedia page that I've linked you to here, and it will provide you with useful links, instructions, policies and guidelines that you need to follow, and other information that you'll want to look at. Then, you'll be ready to start patrolling for vandalism and disruption! :-)
One concern that I must bring to your attention and point out to you, is that the content you added to your user page and the Wikipedia page falsely state that you're operating as part of the "Wikipedia system" as a bot and who performs automated edits and tasks as a non-human, and implies that you're a Wikimedia system account. This is not appropriate to do, and you need to remove or correct that information so that it no longer makes false statements or misrepresents your identity and affiliation to others. This kind of behavior would be interpreted by the community very negatively, and would be considered deceptive behavior toward the project - and you don't want to give this impression toward the community and over pages that are there just to sound official and look good. Please remove those statements, and please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions or need help with anything. I'll be more than happy to assist you with anything you need. ;-) Again, I welcome you to Wikipedia, I hope you enjoy your time with us as a member of the community, and I hope you understand the reason for this message and the need to remove that information. :-) Best regards - ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 18:18, 14 February 2019 (UTC)
