User talk:Web kai2000/July 2006
Just like old times
[edit]I would like to warn you that adding stubbed sections is not encyclopediable. I appreciate you adding well needed and appreciated matierial but please add material not stubs. Therefore all stubs you have added to the london buses articles will be removed within the next few days. Also please do not add addresses and regestration plates as we wikipedia is not a phone book and in somes cases can be illegal. I repeat, do not add stubs, addresses or regestration numbers on wikipedia. Would you like everyone to know your car regestration? No you wouldn't. Please complie to these instructions. Indeed
[edit]What is it with you?! For your information, I noticed that putting section-stub on articles I created was getting nowhere. If there was a problem with me creating a new stub mark an administrator would have told me, as opposed to someone who:
- bitches about being blocked when they're not
- bitches about being blocked when they are
- blanks talk pages when they can't stand criticism
- threatens administrators
- tried to take down 6 administrators when we last spoke
- steals pictures and passes them off as they're own
- lies on the Wikipediaholic test
- has 16 warnings for stolen images.
In future, if you have a valid problem, talk to me. If you want to go around vandalising the stuff I put on wikipedia, then go somewhere like Uncyclopedia. Either way, I am done with you.
Also, I DON'T ADD REGISTRATION NUMBERS!!! If you want that to stop, talk to the contributors of Arriva Southern Counties.
One last thing. The fact that you don't want to talk about our last encounter is irrelevent. History is history, and WILL remain visible.--sonicKAI 14:03, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
MY REPLY (COS I CAN)
[edit]Also dont use oversized words ANYWHERE. I pass on information givin to me if they claim it is GFDL. I dont pass them of as my own. Oh so where did all those stubs and addresses come from? Wikipedia: A encyclopedia (another words: NOT A PHONE BOOK). Please see my replay on arriva southern counties for more information. Lenny 14:46, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
Dealing with Uinsouth
[edit]I'm not excatly invobled here, but I'dlike Web kai2000 to know that a good idea would be to report to WP:ANI to take care of Uinsouth. There admins can investigate users who are reported there. I highly suggest it when dealing with a user who uncooperative. Let me know what you think. 72.134.40.173 15:27, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
Intalink
[edit]I keep wondering whether i should start an article on this. It is an integrated transport strategy run by Herts CC that deals with transport around the county. All the website shows is the different timetables of all of the buses and local train services in the county and also news on transport in the county. However, i strangely feel like it would sort of be an advertisment. I am not sure what to do. Or do you think i should put something about it on the Herts page?
Btw Intalink is spelt correctly. It has an a, not an er.

Hi. Sorry I couldn't get back to you sooner. I think that it would be a good idea to include this information in the Hertfordshire page in a new section marked Transport, but there is not enough information or relevence for it's own page, as it is only a partnership between local authorities and bus and train operators in Hertfordshire. --sonicKAI 20:57, 15 July 2006 (UTC)
84 (and others)
[edit]Here is what i can do on it:
- Operator
- Garage
- Places served + Route
- Length
- Level
- Frequency
- Jouney Time
- There is no night bus
Here is what i am unsure about:
- History
- Fares (Oyster card does not apply after Potters Bar). As a guide i can tell you that from PB station it costs £4.20 return. From the bus garage its £4.65. These are return tickets and not singles and only for part of the journey. It is possible to pay for a single, or return, for the whole journey.
- Images - i am still learning how to upload these.
- I am not sure which areas on the route class as landmarks
I will do what i can on it soon.
Btw i have laid it out like this as it is easier to read and i am hoping my computer won't crash again.
In the near future i might also be able to attempt to do parts of the 298, 384, 383 and N91 (a night bus).
One small final suggestion which i think might help to improve all articles is that an image should be loaded which shows a map of the area as well as the route travelled. For example, even though the 84 goes near the aircraft museum, it does not deviate from the main road. (B556)
